I`ve heard that people born with a birth mark right over their tailbone(or the ass crack) are supossed descendants of the Ghenghis Khan..Actualy in my language it is called the Mongrel mark.

Yeah true that, though there were actually considerable periods of Vietnam under Chinese rule. Which is essentially why many Vietnamese scholars, aristocracy, etc were quite accustomed to Chinese philosophy (namely Confucian) and had Chinese names and could also write and read Chinese.Then again same applies for much of Asia before the decline of Imperial Chinese dynasties.
