This is soo stupid, any one who is defending the whalers is basically an idiot. If you defend whalers, you are someone who would argue to keep slaves 150 years ago. When your kids or grand kids live in a world with no whales, dolphins, etc, and can only go visit cows, you can proudly tell them that you were a part of wiping every other species except cows, chickens, pigs, dogs and cats from the world. I'm sure the messages you post now will be good for posterity.... YOU FRIGIN MORONS...

This was interesting as we saw the Sea Shepherd's view of this event on Whale Wars, and here is the Japanese perspective. Lots of editing which is disappointing so there's no way to judge the allegation that the Japanese were trying to throw the Sea Shepherd crewmen overboard, but interesting and nice to see.

There has been no evidence to show the Japanese whaling fleet is not conducting research. They are conducting everything in accordance with the researching rules of the whaling charter. Whale meat must be taken from any whale that is killed

yea same way the people who are killing sharks 'in the name of research' arent making a fuckload of money from selling the fins. The research is fake i think, but then again im not a japanese whaler so i wouldnt know
mikee1434 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
THE YARE NOT WHALING ILLEGAL. First off, They are conducting research wwhether you like it or not that is what they are doing. Any whaling meat produced from research is too be sold for commercial use. That is stated in the whaling charter. And finally the charter is not LAW any country can choose not to honor it as there is no such thing as international law

If they were terrorist your whalers would be dead and that ship sunk you morons....

Thats not true, CITES lists both the northern and southern Minke whale as endangered.

yea lets take advice from the fucker who is named after poop. dumb fuck, take advice from someone who actually completed high school, when you break the law you get prosecuted. If thats to complex for you, the whalers break the law, and then they get prosecuted, and although the greenpeace method may be a little extreme its the only way to get the point across.good luck inbreeding asshole |
