el Sr. Thor Heyerdahl falleciò hace 7 años y su tumba està en España en su casa de verano, yo vivo en su ciudad natal y cuando puedo paso por su casa que ahora es un Museo no abierto al pùblico aùn, en la ciudad de Larvik en Noruega.

He was the first Norwegian to get an Oscar (only one more has) but he did not care to go to receive the price. He actually was not interested. He has done a lot of ground-braking work, allso a lot of other scientists that are against his theorys, bechause of the controvercy. A noble Norwegian he was..

Well... I'm from Norway.. and I feel a little ashemed, because I don't know very much about this expedition...I ... Actually thought Thor Heyerdahl did this expedition 200 years ago...I just heard that his grandson had done almost the same (I was even surprised he was alive!).I gotta learn this history better...

I've read Thor Heyerdahl's book twice. I love the story it's amazing. His grandson did the same thing not to long ago but didn't stick with balsa logs |
