Are we not in Iraq to protect the basic human rights, to enable the citizens to sustain themselves, then why are we not doing that for Burma? Does this just prove that our (Bush's) motives have nothing to do with protecting the citizens or are they just protecting the resouces that would be a potential loss?I thought the USA was founded on all men being created equally. It seems we chose who are equal maybe if we spent more energy on basic human rights for the world it might be a little better!

Have to agree no commodities no help, sad greedy world we live in.

Why would we invade Afganistan then? If it's all for our benefit? Iraq has been a disaster and driven oil prices *UP*.Having said that, u didn't respond to my comment: If we go into countries we seem to create chaos, that's why we can't go in and help this country above.

fucking people are so violent over the dumbest things. there is no such thing as honor code dignity or respect in this world. what a goddamn shame
cashnote559 (September 18, 2008 at 9:24 pm)
We only help if that country has something to contribute back. Its for the BENEFITS commodities in exchange.
cashnote559 (September 18, 2008 at 9:21 pm)
Its all for the Benefit thats why we invaded Iraq and Vietnam. My family were from Cambodia and America bombed us. Can you tell me why?
TheRealBladeRunner (September 18, 2008 at 3:54 pm)
If Europe tried to help and invade 10x as many ppl would die: You can't just invade a country. Look at what happened in Vietnam and look at what's happening in Iraq.
