Opening up Honda CRM250 on the Sukhumvit main highway in Rayong province eastern Thailand. Not riding too crazy and keeping plenty in reserve as my girl is on the back but get up to about 90mph when the road is clear which is pretty much flat out sitting upright with passenger.

You started driving on Sukhumvit then you took off to Route 7 towards Pattaya (and yes you can drive the highway all the way to Pattaya)I could see. If the highway police caught you speeding you would get a 300 baht fine (10 US$) or you can slide them 200 baht and you don't get the hassle... If you turned right where the movie started and drove towards the hilly area instead (Sign to Brookside valley) you get some awesome twisties and brilliant scenery.

The police in England would probably take my license away for at least 3 months I'd guess but in Thailand I've rode straight past police cars in a similar manner and they do nothing except maybe smile as pretty much everyone drives like that.

Hey, saw you on GE also. Can I ask out of curiosity.. what would the police in your country do if they pulled you over for this driving? We would lose our right to drive for atleast 3 months.
