In this song, Andre is apologizing to the mother of the woman he had a baby by. Apparently Andre and his baby's mother don't get along anymore, and said baby's mother is being vindictive. Andre has to go through the grandma "Miss Jackson" to get in touch with the baby's mother and the baby as well, so he's apologizing that he relationship didn't work out with her daughter.
