Yes, not at all the same city more. The good old Hotel Melia time was the best time.

It's Soi Bintabat (or Bintaban), beetwen Poonsuk and Naresdamri Rd. The "underbelly" of Hua Hin. The Hilton was the former Melia, and the first high rise in sleepy Hua Hin. These days are long gone. But no Go-Go in Hua Hin. 'coz the King lives 3 miles up north...
