its less of an actual drunk feeling than it is him acting like hes drunk and having no control over it. when i was hypnotized a few years back the hypnotist said it was like having a few pints, you simply dont care anymore and you do what theyve implanted. in this case theyve implanted a notion that he feels drunk.
