actually, One Republic produced the song first. This version is the remix of the original. In my humble opinion, the remix is nowhere near as good as the original. Timbaland's "touch" does not add to the song

im not sure if this is correct or anything but i think that they're giving timbaland all the credit becuase i think that he wrote the song but one republic is singing it. idk though
