im 14 and i broke my arm and my muscle atrofeed and i started workin out and now chinups are too easy i put 45 lbs in a backpack and do chinups i can do 7

haha i cant believe how critical some people are... i bought to muscle buidling magazines recently; mens health and mens fitness, and on both covers the guys have un even abs; it doesnt even matter, as long as the toning of the abdominals is sufficient enough....
