I think 9.6 would be cool... I would never give any game 10, because games always have something to give minus. And I think that 9.8 was too much for San Andreas, and 10 too much for GTA 4.

i give it a 9. A 10 for me would mean that gta4 would have had to incorportate mostly everything from gtasa. It would kind of make sense to have a tank, seeing as niko was a soldier, i think. |
