What was the alternative? Keep fighting until japan used their biological weapons on mainland asia and the USA? It was a good decision. In a choice between two nations, the democracy must always prosper. The world is a better place now and it might not have been if dictatorships in germany and japan were victorious.

I'm Australian. Our country probably would have been overtaken had it not been for this bomb.BUT I have visited Hiroshima twice. No country deserves such an awful device.I agree. They shouldn't have died.
