I don't think you understood his message. He's saying that the big house and loads of money aren't what bring happiness. Instead, following your gut and not allowing external pressures drown out your originality--these are the sources of happiness.

This was great but if I'm ever as big as Steve Jobs I'm going to make Commencement Speeches at Community Colleges. The Story of Steve jobs doesn't really fit a school like Stanford.

ugh im sry but this IS one of the hardest things to do. wat he just said is nice and great but idealistic. it would be great if we could all do this but this is not how teh world works we work hard but that doesnt mean well become big and famous wit a big house and loads of money. not everyone can be a millionaire, but the question is why do it if aint really gonna do much in the end if you're not really happy.
