I think most of the time people are killed by snakes because they stumble upon them and startle them, causing them to react aggressively, (i.e., people get killed).

I don't know why people think snakes are scary and 'evil.' Snakes are shy and timid creatures. 80% of snakes bites happen when someone is trying to capture or kill the snakes. Does defending yourself make you evil? Respect and understanding would go along way when it comes to co-existing with animals. And snakes do not act like they do in this movie!

In the US, we got G (general audiences), PG (parental guidance suggested), PG-13 (parents strongly cautioned), R (restriced), and NC-17 (Makes R look like G). How does that translate to your system?
