I do think Beyonce has similar features to Pebbles (light colored skin/hair/etc). But, after seeing this video, Pebbles has similar FACIAL features to Halle Berry. Pebbles was out first...and she is unique with presenting this look to the world. Beautiful woman. And, love the lyrics!
